Hi,

I am new to Amazon but a friend of mine asked me to help him and set up Amazon account for FBA.
My question is, if I do it from my IP, will I have problems if I wanted to set up an Amazon FBA account for myself in the future? I mean does Amazon accept more than one account from the same IP.

Thank you for advice.

Can anyone help me with this problem?
Can I set up two Amazon accounts from the same IP?

Why your friend can't do it himself? I think it's possible if you do it using mobile data, since mobile data give you a different ip.

Thanks for valuable advice. My friend is not a computer person, he won't be able to set the account himself and I can't visit him because we live in different towns.
Will a VPS help in this case?

Drive or fly there. Phone him. Teamviewer. Zoom call. Google meets.

You’re right. Teamviewer solves the problem. Thanks.

No you can use VPS for using multiple accounts or personal proxies can also do it. But if you try making different accounts on same IP it will get both of the accounts banned.

That was just explained in this thread. You can’t have multiple accounts on the same IP.

WHAT IF THE SECOND REGISTRATION IS MADE FOR MY RELATIVE?

I think that Amazon accepts only one account per household.

Hi,

For an account you will open for yourself in the future, the IP address will not be a problem.
Using the same computers to open an account. This will be enough for you.
A different mac address is sufficient for each account.

Amazon only allows two seller accounts from the same IP if these two accounts are selling totally different products. And you still need to get Amazon approval to do it which can be quite complicated. So if you eventually plan to set up your own Amazon seller account, you'd better not loginto other seller account from your IP.

Yes. Amazon does not allow two seller accounts from the same IP as per my knowledge. You should use another laptop for another seller account for safety purposes. Nowadays Amazon is very strick.
