Setting up a website on Dreamweaver

I have Dreamweaver on my computer and know a little bit on how to use it, but not an expert. I want to create a new website and maybe make some money from it. Can someone help me out who is familiar with Dreamweaver? Wondering how easy it is to build a decent website using this program.

If you are new to dreamweaver to get an impressive looking website you can start with a template from somewhere like template monster and edit it to your needs. If you want to become proficient with dreamweaver there are absolutely loads of good tutorials on youtube.
