Setting up a re-direct with a .info

I am trying to do this on namecheap.com. When I don't type in the www in the url bar, my re-direct does not work. Firefox gives me this message:

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

This would not be a big deal, but I have many watermarked videos without the "www" in the url. Any suggestions?

Go to cpanel and to a 302 redirect of your domain name without www.

Or it might have a checkbox with an option to "redirect without www too".
