Setting up a email registration page

Hi, I am currently setting up a 3d cart store for a website I run. I want to set up a page that pops up when you go to the site and requires you to sign up with your email. just real basic like name and email thats it. what would be the easiest way to go about doing this. Thank you in advance!

Use Jquery for the popup, you can use the dialog for the sign up.
