Setting up a comment reselling page - looking for specialist.

I have a small service for growing followers for my clients. I am trying to figure out how to provide clients with a way to write their own Instagram Comments without leaving my site. I know there are many re-sellers for various custom comments. I am looking for a specialist who could set this up for me.

As well as potentially someone with webdesign background to build a wordpress site, which would serve as a sales page as well as a like, comment, follower re-seller page.

I don't post much but last time I posted here I ended up hiring a great specialist in bot automation with whom I am working for almost a year now, and paying him 4 figures monthly. So I have high hopes for this
