Setting a fbml tab to be landing not possible any more?

I havent created a page in a long time and noticed on wall settings the feature to set a fbml tab to landing tab is gone. I'm sure there has to be a way around it.

I found some info about a setting the welcome tab but I guess that feature is no longer avaialable either.

edit: found the solution. This problem seems to occur only with community pages. Business pages are fine.
