Setallite radio setup

Looking for ideas and imput from those who might have done anything in this line

I have no knowledge on this but about going starting up one in West Africa

I have check through laws and technicalities but looking for more knowledge in the area of

Equipment to use(base stations )

Protocols supported in West Africa

And laws..

....here to learn

I'm not exactly sure what your asking, but you might want to check with your local ham radio club. There is probably at least one member who has experimented with satellite stuff.
