I am considering setting up a VPS and I would need 2 programs installed, we would be using a Windows VPS, can you tell me how much this would cost>>

How much would what cost?

The VPS?
Or for someone to set it up and install the programs for you?

1. Get a KVM VPS from DotVPS - cheap and great quality
2. Install them yourself = FREE!

Yeah that would be perfect. He is asking for a windows vps and you are giving him a link to linux vps servers

You can get a Windows VPS for around $15. I recently got one cheaper but with 512MB RAM it struggles to run Windows, the VPS management software and 2 programs so I would recommend going for something with at least 1GB.
