Set up my content locker

I need someone to setup my content locker and make sure it works properly also a copy of instructions of how it is done. I have script lockers that I would like to use. I am new to this and have no idea how or where to put script. The lockers from my 2 cpa networks wont work I ran tests I complete offers and the locker wont disappear.
