Set up 10 PVA LinkedIn, Twitter

Hi,
This is an ongoing project, I am looking for someone to manage 10 identities in both LinkedIn and Twitter.
I want the person to grow the LinkedIn accounts (preferably manually) and twitter accounts.
I want a related tweet or re-tweet at least once in 2 days from each account.

Ability to write profile bio + tweets = Advantage.

I might want to create a website for each identity, if you can manage that too, please add that to your quote.

I am willing to pay in 2 ways:
1. Setup Fee + Ongoing fee (per month) for managing the accounts.
2. Just an ongoing fee (can be higher and perhaps more profitable for you in the long-term.)
