what works today might be gone tomorrow also what works for me might not work for you!

there no real set and forget because most of us monitor our PayPal with automated methods.
 
It depends. I love to set and forget. Why? S E O. You have active domain, domain gains authority slowly because you added high quality texts, added to GSC and so on. Few months later you can have x businesses That needs only backlinks & social media presence.

I don't think there is a thing such as " 100% set and forget , consistent income stream "

I think that's a really good idea. I might seriously consider doing something like that. But my first concern is getting attached to my forest and not wanting to see it cut down when I'm an old man.
