Anyone else here use SEScout? Ever since I've used the service I've found the results to be completely incorrect. I have sites that show as ranked in the top ten in SEScount, but using other search engine checkers and manually are 100+ right now.

The results also seem to fluctuate on high ranked keywords when they're actually very stable. I'm number 2 on another keyword and haven't shifted a place in a month place but according to SEScout it changes anywhere from 2-36 on a daily (even hourly) basis.

I really can't say what's up with their results, it just seems bizarre...

Yep mine has been the same also.

I contacted Ryan (Co-owner) and he said they're still updating everything to try and speed up results in realtime. So i guess its still being developed

I still find it more reliable to enter the keyword in google and find my site.

:)

I figured as such. Makes it difficult for me, my clients expect emailed updates of their search rank but I don't want to alarm them by sending out what SEScout is throwing up.

Realtime results aren't as important as accurate results. If I wanted realtime I'd go to google.

It's a shame because I really like the look and feel of SEScount and it's interface is top notch. Looks like I'll have to look for an alternative...

I have been using a free account since close to the start..... I love it as a whole except the results been waiting for everything to get figured out and i'm moving everything over for all domains. Just need it to be accurate and consitant.

CO-founder of sescout here, this type of report should probably be sent directly to us. Email me at ryan at sescout with your ranking discrepancy and I will look into it for you. Haven't had any other reports in quite some time so definitely something unusual if you don't see a site in the top 100 but SEscout is reporting top 10.
