SEscout = rip-off?

According to https://users.sescout.com/plans LITE users should get hourly Google updates. However, they are not even really daily. I've sent multiple support tickets and never got a reply... Anyone else experiencing this?

better off with a standalone serp checker.

even if you poy for it ..at least its one off..not this re-occuring pish!!!

The last day or two have been weird I think they were having some technical problems. I've been using them for months now and this will happen about every 6 weeks their systems go down for a day or two. Other than that it's pretty good.
 
It's been daily updates only for the past 10 days (since I started my subscription).
 
I recently migrated from SEscout to SerpBuddy. SerpBuddy updates are coming quicker than SEscout.
 
I already created a shitlist threaad for SEscout two weeks back...
They have the shitties service you can spend you money on....
 
ignore sescout.. Get your sites on micrositemasters.com ! These guys are awesome. ! Rob takes care of his subscribes quite well.
 
sescout is hopeless. Try out micrositemasters. 100% better and more reliable than sescout.
 
Echoing the SEScout remarks. I used to love se-scout, but the results in the past few days have been going up and down...which is total BS, as my searches do not match up.

Sort it out SEscout!
 
Sescout has been stable for me for months now.

I tried serpbuddy and didn't like it much. Their interface is awkward, slow and results are off (at least that was my experience)
 
SeScout - is a piece of junk for me

results never working // always having to ask for support
(was on a paid plan)

Using SerpBuddy now - and it's not perfect but at least it has results to view.
 
I tried nearly every online tracker and not ONE had been accurate. I stick to TT and advanced web ranking. Reliable, no recurring fees, simply results.
 
had the same trouble with sescout, now i use serpfox free and updates hourly so far they are good
 
Microsite Masters = all your problems gone.
 
honestly, traffictravis has been pretty accurate and working very well for us, even on a large scale with 100s of clients. (just use the add//remove search engines to send automatic updates)
