SEScout down?

I have been having issues with SEScout for the last week or so, it constantly says gathering data for ANY domain or keyword I add. Their support doesn't even respond to my ticket requests. Anyone know of a good alternative? Thanks.

My sescout account has been broken for months. I think they stop tracking free customers that haven't been paying for too long.
 
I would stay away from SEScout. They have a terrible history with downtime and things breaking.

I'd recommend using something that is a bit more reliable like MicrositeMasters or SerpBook.
 
Ditched them already a couple of months ago since they still owe me $$$ for their aff program in wich they never replied or whatever...

Happy serpbook.com costumer since.

SEScout seriously SUCKS. Its a shame, because I really enjoy their UI. If you search on here, you'll see tons of threads talking about how people are paying and it doesn't work. What a scam. I'm actually really surprised that people aren't coming together to do large scale charge backs to get them shut down.
 
Its hasnt been working for a couple of month already for me

Nope, its working fine for me. Don't know why its down for you. Try with VPN.
 
not working for me for the last couple of days either. Just says 'gathering' for all keywords.

I have a paid sub to micrositemasters but i use a free account on sescout to track stuff that drops bellow #100 - which at the moment is everything :(

Any other web based services that offer free tracking beyond position #100?
 
They haven't replied to a support ticket for over a month.

Canceled today.
