Servinio - my first thoughts

I love servinio, cheap price and good service. I once deleted some important files from my web directory accidently, they helped me recover it fast.
Their support is good and fast, so i recommend using them to anyone. :)

MY experience with servinio was average, They cancelled my account without any notification and didn't find their support good... Now i m not with servinio...
 
Servinio is good as always, low price and high quality are added advantage.
Overall Servinio is the Best.

we did what? We never canceled any account, especially without any notification. In the worst case we suspend because you did something very ugly and even the we gave the possibility to take the files back
 
After reading adiljani's review I signed up with you guys.
He has some great convincing abilities, should try his skills in affiliate marketing :D
 
i think i will come here too, but i don't know i will see a diference between what i have now and what is here :)
 
I just ordered them today for the tier 2 package, ill update soon on how well they are.
 
Very bad service now the day i was using there hosting service from last 2 years but now Servinio brand has been taken over by EdgeServ and their customer support is worst. they suspended my account for DMCA complaint they do not ignore DMCA complaints now the day so i thought their service is useless for those who's looking for offshore hosting.
 
Been using them since over a year for only a couple sites, I can reccommend.

They had some downtimes and slow response on support in the past week.
Hope that they will get back to previous speed and support.
 
Could this possibly be a scam?
I just bought another plan, on a working server, but now it is posted as pending.
Their e-mail doesn't even work - [email protected]

The owner Tyler is nowhere to be found.

Servinio.com has been giving a SUPER SERVICE for the whole 1 year I have been using it. Now when those are acquired by another owner, IT SEEMS THE WORST SERVICE I have ever gone through.

My sites have been down for 12 hours yersterday. And Those are pretty SLOW!!!

They had updated one of my wordpress version, without asking me and I faced a BIG TROUBLE with the databases thing. Why do they do so?

And the wordpress dashboard is even more slow.

Even Pinterest complains that they cant reach my sites when I try to Pin images. See how terrible it is.

Even at the current moment, sites are down for me.

VERY BAD SERVICE!!!
 
Bad Experience to me as well.. My site is completely down for 2 days. Still i am not able to login with my details as it is saying login credentials are not valid. every time i need to reset my password.

When i check now it is saying no client found..

Now I dont know whom to contact with?
 
That's not the best part! New owners haven't even bought the cPanel premium version. They use the FREE one.

It means you cannot use most of the softwares (Which you are going to use much).

Recently i tried to install WordPress with Softaculous, but even that's not possible..

I informed this to Customer Support, and they haven't answered in 3 days!!!

Shitty service.

Even this happened to me. I got it corrected by the customer support. You too may have to.
