Services that create **high quality** tier 1 links?

I have a pretty good group of services that can provide a barrage of various links to a URL and pass it some good juice. The problem I am running into is that with most of these services, the tier 1 links (like web 2.0s) are just spun content with not a lot of work put into them. I'd rather get 8+ very high quality web 2.0s that I would feel safe "associating" with my site than 30 web 2.0s that pass good juice but are made poorly.

For example, for what I need, a simple 400 word spun article split into 3 paragraphs with 2 links would be bad. An article of 200 unique words and 200 spun words with 2+ pictures and an embedded Youtube video (just a random related one, doesn't have to be custom made) would be great.

Does anyone know of any providers like this? I'd rather not have to coordinate a bunch of different link type providers making them but that's the route I'm going right now. Thanks!

I know of a great link service that I hav ebeen using for several years but they don't do customization like you mentioned but are very high quality links.
