Service's on BHW Just Keep Getting Cheaper and Cheaper [PROBLEM]

So as I said in the thread title, Service's on BHW are just getting stupidly cheap.

I know this is good for buyer's but undermining other seller's who genuinely sell quality service's as opposed to cheaper provider's offering crap basically.

I think the Mod's need to step up and stop approving duplicate service's that are being offered at a much lower price as quality is becoming a concern on here and I think many people will agree with me.

At the end of the day seller's are not going to make much if they're greatly undercutting other providers.

P.S - Mod's if I'm out of order you may remove this but I mean no harm, Just letting you know what I think.

People do provide quality services at low prices. It's a bit unfair to not allow to undercut prices otherwise new services will find it hard to get any business. If the cheap services are crap people will be likely to pay the extra for quality wont thay? Well at least that's my take on it

You only see a handful of service's that are overpriced and they're overpriced for a reason either because they're unique or they get super results.

I see duplicate service's popping up undercutting reputable seller's all the time and the quality just isn't the same.

The decision is with the buyer if they want the cheap option then they may get cheap results so they get what they pay for, but there are numerous services which are cheap and of quality

You guys are are confusing the term 'overpriced' with 'expensive'. Overpriced means the price exceeds the value, so no I don't think the mods should protect overpriced services.

As for undercutting other services, if the competition is cutting corners to produce cheaper prices it will be evident in the reviews.

The free market decides this. In my opinion, the services costing $5 or less on here are lesser in quality than ones offered on Fiverr. The SEO Gladius was compared to a Fiverr gig with harder keywords and it still wiped the floor clean with it. I would advise people to stay away from the cheap ones on here. But, there are a lot of overpriced gigs. I'm not paying over $300 where the thread isn't showered in reviews praising the rise in SERPs because there are tens of them under 100 that provide excellent results.

I think that everyone has the right to sell his or her services at whatever rate they want , If cheap services are poor in quality , their buyers will eventually post the negative feedback and drive them out of the market.

Capitalism is the only working solution left.
 
Instead of people focusing on improving the quality, and keeping the pricing the same or even increasing it, they are just lowering the pricing.

I think some hard action has to be done on the BST section, I'm seeing low-quality services.


Solution (at least that's what I think)

Increase the BST Pricing(so the SELLEr has to pay $100) to $100 or so, or even recurring, so only serious and quality providers will be here.
Get very strict on approval, I think the BST plays a big role on this forum, I know many of my clients just surf the BHW section for the BST, and I have heard a ton of them complain about the services they used and the very low quality they have received.
So only HIGH QUALITY BSTs should be approved, so the buyers can be confident they are buying a quality service.

Its a sess pool tbh, since the new bst mods came on (no offence to them they are doing their job) its been flat out copy cat threads approved every day with the price getting lower and lower.

But as DD told me when I voiced concerns about it when everyone and his mother opened a service flat out copying mine, he said its an open market people are free to open services and set what ever prices they want, he suggested to show your quality through other means like customer service and results etc.

Its a shame and sad to see as it wrecks good ideas one person has when every other fucker copys and lowers the price after them putting in all the hard work to build publicity for their product, back when I first joined here your service had to be unique to be approved, now its a free for all. But thats how things go and ultimately quality always shines through.

While I share some sentiment with this possible solution, $100 is not a good price point. There are 25 dollar high quality service threads that beat out the more expensive ones. Either the free market decides or some type of voting system is implemented or stricter requirements.

I am not saying the service must be a minimum of $100, I am saying that the SELLER should be paying $100 for his thread (if approved).....

I wish there were strict approval rules on BST. Even a 99$ approval fee could help sometimes. Every newbie that reads a couple of threads on BHW, buys a link building tool now comes with BST as "seo expert" to sell SEO services.

Only a few and proven sellers should have a place in BST. BHW doesn't need the average fiverr seller, we need quality services provided by legit and serious sellers. Period

Anyway, this is a problem that kills us from the last 6 months at least.

Sorry, just the way it was worded I assumed that the packages offered would have to be that price. I've never ran a service here so that's probably why. $100 to open a BST seems fair.

I know what am talking about and not after cheap non quality work, and i have tried a lot of services in there. I don't want to give exact details, but selling a package that have 10-15 web 2.0, 100 profiles, 100 bookmarks, 50 articles (from 10 unique domains and 10 or less still live links after 2 weeks) with non-readable shit and a blast of handful social signals for $150+ is what i call overpricing! also most claim that they drip the links over many days to avoid a penalty and when you get the report you find that everything was blasted in one fucking day! Give me a break! Everyday i see a new service like that popping up and i also think something must be done to stop that.
