ServiceMagic concept requires joint venture

After investing over 50k in infrastructure, came out of soft launch about 6 months ago. Plan was to rely on adwords, which I have plenty of experience with in other biz concepts. Quickly learned that to build long-term and viable biz value here, organic is the only way. I have now invested all my time and funds into organic growth, with excellent results. In that isn't my area of expertise, I would like to offer someone with a track record of expertise in this field, the opportunity to take this biz to next level with me. There is no reason to think this biz cannot be sold for 3-5 million within 18 to 24 months. This is for serious players only. I will entertain all reasonable joint concepts, but, I don't have time to waste with anyone who doesn't have the juice to take things to new levels.
