Service Username used in Site Hack Attempt

For a couple of weeks I've been trying out different services, at least 20, if not more.

Naively I used similar usernames for these services.

Log into a site today to add an article and check out the Limit Logins plugin to find that one of the usernames that was used in a service was an attempted.

There were over 6,000 visits yesterday with multiple attempts using this service username.

Not saying it's a BHW Service, I've signed up services all over the place.

Just a friendly warning to keep security in mind, always. Keep it random.

No. The username from a service, don't know which one, was used in a hacking attempt.

The hack attempt tried to login into my WordPress admin area using the same username I used in a service.

The hack attempt created 6,000 'visitors' to the site.

cant trust no one!!!!
