You should check their history, reputation, reviews/feedback, age of the account on BHW, account overall quality = how they act on the forum, do they have good customer support as the support is crucial, directly message the provider to ask specific questions about their service, the communication should be clear, professional, and willing to address your specific concerns, this can give you insights into their responsiveness and willingness to assist prospective customers, compare pricing among providers, transparency = a trustworthy provider will be transparent about their processes... etc.
