Service/Library for Solving Clock Time Captchas (IMG)

Does anyone know if there is a solved library (any language), API, service, or captcha program that solves these types of captchas:



Where you have to input the Time in the format (hh:mm)

For instance, the above would be 05:05

Well, you could make a library pretty easily as long as the image looks the same, just the needles changing. Is it so? Or you get different clocks everytime? Let me check it.
