Serverifiedlinks.com issues

After resarching in the forum about a good link list provider for GSA SER, I quickly stumbled upon serverifiedlists.com
They had great reviews so I placed an order yesterday and instantly submitted the AutoSync Form for dropbox. But I haven't received the link for Dropbox yet. Thats why I decided to cancel the description, so I wouldnt be rebilled next month. But now I can't access any of the service anymore, even though I already paid for the month. Anybody else had similar experiences with this service or am I the only one?
