Please recommend server which can ignore Spamhaus complaints.

This is rare since even if the hosting company doesn't care the upstream IP registrar will take IP addresses out (needless to say they'll be blacklisted and useless very soon). People who do spam definitely use lots of SOCKS proxies (which are installed on hacked users' computers) and don't send directly.

there is no such a thing Spamproof hosting. Not since 2001
There are idiots who fucked up reseller accounts from retarded Data-Centers. Yes, there are many. But they'll shut you down after 2-3 complains surely.
Golden Age of Spam is far over
