What type of server that can handle 1-2k online user at one time?

Currently i’m using vps server with litespeed.

I’m not into dedicated. If possible i want to use vps / cloud server.

My site is just simple blog like viral nova. We dont need user to sign in or store any data.

What is the issue with your current server? and what are the current specs?

Whats the issue? Did your server crash or something?

maybe you can add more details like VPS specs

I've used digital ocean in the past for hosting SAAS products. Normally I use the linux droplets.. it will upgrade and downgrade on the spot depending on what you need monthly.

There may be various hostings that will meet your requirments but if you need a hosting with the best tech support that will help you with any problem, go for siteground!

i dont know how to handle / managed hosting thats why i dont use digital ocean / vultr / linode etc.

I'm using managed vps, so if something error i can just ask my hosting provider to fix it.

currently my vps spec using 6cpu with 4gb ram + litespeed

it can handle high traffic but sometime let say online user hit 1,500 online, it make my site slow for 1-5s. if i browse my site at peak traffic, sometime got error from cloudflare. after hit refresh then i can enter my site again.

the error just happen for 1-5 second, maybe cause cpu? idk

before this i just used lower spec, 4cpu with 3gb ram no litespeed, but i'm using w3 total cache at my site.

i remove the plugin because it disturb me from saving article that i edit especially yoast. let say i edit the title of the article, yoast keep loading without saving. after disable the cache the yoast work just fine.

after disable the plugin the server problem start coming. now i'm using litespeed cache.

Tinker with your litespeed cache and cloudflare settings. Try cached everything on Cloudflare Pagerules and see if it does the trick.

It depends on the processor type, you say you have 4 cores ... but which processor? If it is a cheap and not a quality processor then I would recommend switching hosting provider.
