SERVER TO HOST VIDEOS

Guys, I have a project to open a series site here from Brazil. But I have the following doubts:

1- Where can I host videos that contain copyrights? If possible I recommend companies or some place of video plataform.

2 - This website redecanais.click has a large catalog of restricted content of pay-TV. Did you know where they get all that content?

3 - Is there any script that takes pay-TV content?

4- Can domain extension never be .com?

Note: I saw OpenLoad, but it looks like we were not able to monetize our ads

I'm open to hearing all of you and the recommendations you can give me.

it seems to me that you need to do more research on the idea, create a work plan for yourself and budget.

The project plan is already ready and the way I imagined it. But I have those doubts!
