Hello,

I am looking for server with 128IP's that ignore spam reports. I will guaranty that no ip will be blacklisted. Just to ignore the spam reports. IP will be remain neat and clean.

If you know any than please share it with us.

you can try hostwinds. But I am not sure whether you will get fresh IPs. If you need fresh Ips they might ask for a deposit..!

Hostwind now is forbid spam.

I need a server and IP-s to send 500k non-optin email per day. If you can offer, please PM.

Maybe look at an offer shore hosting plan. Or check the market place here to see if you can find a host that will let you send mass spam. Most Host now days wont allow mailing.
