Server Tech: Moving Sites to another Server !!

Looking for someone please that can move approx 20-25 sites that are over 4 cpanels from a vps server onto another server !!! possibly

Or perhaps moving them around would suffice on the vps server from all 4 cpanels into 1..

My problem is that i have a domain name that is sacrificed but i do not have control of it anymore.. and cannot get it back as far as im aware.

Possibly a clean up of the cpanels and putting them into one cpanel that are there already would be fine !!!

It seems like the guy i had penciled on for this didnt come through he has just fallen off the face of the planet. He hasnt been online in 6 straight days after taking a few quid.
