I am trying to build my first website but I have an error: Server IP address could not be found while trying to launch my webpage.

I have installed wordpress and checked the hostname address also (it's totally the same hostname with my hosting) but no IP.

What to do now?

How long since you installed? Sometimes it can take a little while. Assuming your DNS is right

Where are you getting this error? Is there an error code? Have you pointed your domain via A record to the IP of the server via DNS record?

I dont know what is A record, My domain Hostname is totally the same address with my hosting, But IP is EMPTY , is it normal? because they dont gave me any IP address.

If you are on a shared hosting plan, they most probably gave you nameservers (usually 2). You need to add them to the DNS records of your domain.
You are just giving us far too little information to address your issue.

Here is my Name server, as You can see IP-Address section is EMPTY, is it normal?

I guess the IP fields are just not populated by the system (purposely or not, idk). If you update your domains DNS records with those nameservers you should be fine. If not contact your hosting's support.

a few questions come up.

If you are using custom name servers did you set up the host record for the Name servers with the IP your host gave you.
Are you on a VPS or reseller hosting plan. If VPS it could have hung up in a reboot.
You can alway reach out to your web host and see if they can help

NS records for domain doesn't need an IP address. I think you're confused with custom NS.
