All offshore servers in Russia and Ukraine but porn is not allowed there. Porn is allowed only in NL but dmca not allowed in NL

you have to host your website on some offshore hosting , i suggest you to check out BHW marketplace there are many offshore hosting provider who ignore copyright complains .

offshore hosting will be about the only way to go. Check the offer section here I think there are a few host that will meet your needs.
