does someone who is posting in foreign languages had an issue that part of the posts are not on the right encoding and solved the problem?
i don't have problem with this on servers that i'm using from compnies over here, but i do have it on server in USA.
I'm working with HTML>Unicode program and added the language support under regional languages on win server 2008.
any other options? maybe something on the win installation?
