servedome vps down?

2 of my VPS's from servedome are down from over 16 hours now!

no reply to my tickets,any one else having a vps from servedome here?

Im having the same issue. I heard they were hacked and the owner is walking away from the problem. This has not been verified, but that is what I heard.

The funny thing is, I had a bunch of old "reboot my server" service tickets on my service screen that were closed. They are now gone like someone is cleaning things up... why would they do that if they were walking away.

BTW- my Windows VPS is still live... for now

Same here with the VPS, but lost my dedicated server, have spoken on skype with them but not getting any answers.

They confirmed security breach and data is unrecoverable

We are currently in the process of re-building our node systems and steps have been taken to prevent this issue from occuring in the future.

Customers who plan to cancel and need a refund are instructed to open a support ticket in the billing department or send an e-mail to [email protected] with the subject 'Refund request'.

We will be offering a service credit of 2 months to customers who wish to continue their services. For this you need to open a support ticket in the 'Technical Support' department or send an email to [email protected] with the subject 'Linux VPS - Service continuation'.

Our sincere apologies for all the inconvenience this may have caused you and we will keep you updated regarding the rebuild progress.

Same time as Virpus got hacked, coincidence?

Alphen a/d Rijn - they are half down today. Having some problems with nodes and stuff.

But they are well organized so they will be up in few hours probably as they have really good support and enough technicians to take care of anything.

Im seeing nothing from my VPS in Alphen a/d Rijn at all. Where did you get that info?

One of my support guys is there right now.

Only some of providers are affected there.

This has nothing to do with the servedome issues, I know what happened to servedome and the data has been lost.

WRZhost takes backups at certain time of each vps so this would not happen to me.
About your case , our datacenter suspended the node you were on for abuse and we have to move the clients on there to russia, we can't bring the clients on that node online anymore in the datacenter in the netherlands where we are currently but I'm working on expanding to a second NL datacenter soon which will be bulletproof again.
If you buy services from wrzhost for blackhat then buy a russian vps or dedicated until I have this issue sorted.
