I got serpstat life time a few weeks ago. Super super happy with it.

The biggest value for me with serpstat is that its backlink index is 100% the same as majestic's fresh index (it pulls from majestic) - which is enough for most people, apart from people that are super into building pbns, they need historic index for that.

It even uses the same tf/cf metrics as majestic. The only downside is that you only get to see the highest TF 100 links, rather than all of them. But this is more than enough unless you're working with huge domains. You need to tick "Backlink per domain = 1" on the backlinks page, though.

This is a guide I wrote for my VA - explains how to use serpstat's export function to make indepth off page analysis

It compares serpstat/majestic's index to google's index using a free tool (google greenlane indexation tester) so you will know what links are being counted

Then you'll know how to blend in by following similar anchor text % and link distribution, so you're less likely to get slapped. And what links are worth chasing.

It also gives you a much better idea on how strong a domain actually is. The one I used for this had 68 RD in majestic/serpstat's index, but in the end, only 16 of those were actually indexed, and only 5 of those 16 were remotely strong (pretty subjective to say what qualifies as strong though)

Just bought it. Since I never used Stacksocial before, I signed up for their email list and received a 10% off code. I only paid $31.50. Seems like a great deal! I was just about to do some keyword research, so I'll start using it today.

just sign up.

It says only 4 day left to for the coupon, but it said that a month ago on another thread

Thanks for that, very helpful. I contacted support over the weekend asking if they could add the ability to sort the lost, new, last columns for new and lost backlinks/domains reports. Apparently it is on the road map so should help others as well; exporting 100 rows is not the best feature for the domains I am looking at compared to Ahrefs, I really miss this feature.

Thanks for letting me know. I've just purchased it.

However, there seems to be some issues with the keyword research. For example, I enter some of the keywords in the search bar and there is no information. Meanwhile, kwfinder shows these keywords (I use a free trial) while the serpstat doesn't. Any idea why that is? I'd really appreciate information regarding this. Thanks.

From what I recall when I signed up, they say that they do not have stats for every kw in every location (focus was US then others), so perhaps that is the reason? I have only used their support once but they answered within a few hours, even though it was the weekend and they were meant to be closed. Can't fault that. Worth messaging them.

I love SerpStat, got it for a one-off price back when they were on AppSumo. Only gripe is that they added in Keyword Clustering but didn't allow AppSumo buyers to use it. Can anyone who purchased through StackSocial confirm whether or not Keyword Clustering & Text Analytics is included?

Ha ha, yes I bought the same deal, so would like to know the answer to this too.

Well, I did focus on the US search specifically, since that is what interests me the most. But still quite a few empty results. Moreover, the difference in keyword volume also differs quite a lot between this and Kwfinder (between the keywords I was able to inquire on both platforms).

Have you tried their support?

Also guessing you get what you pay for - £35 for lifetime v £26 per month. Personally, I prefer Ahrefs but this is cheaper. I use free versions of KWfinder, Ahrefs and Serplabs + Serpstats.

Let us know how you get on with Serpstat support.

Yeah, I figured that this plan basically covers exactly what I am getting. Regardless, it is still extremely useful for 35 bucks
