SERPS confusion

Hello everybuddy out there

I have a website targeting a micro niche keywords.
One of the keyword page has PR-3 and none amongst the competitors have such PR, but still I can not find myself within 20 pages of Big G. I checked and my page is indexed by G and not sandboxed but is not appearing for the search term, with or without quotes.

What could be the problem?
Anyone?

how are your backlinks? PR isn't the be-all, end-all of SEO. If your competition has old domains with lots of backlinks you'll need more than higher PR. Use another program that checks the top 1000 results to see exactly where you are.
