SerpCloud WTF?

Is anyone having issues with SerpCloud?

It's showing that I'm ranking for videos on YouTube, which would be great but I don't have any videos on Youtube.

Additionally, it's sending me notifications that I'm ranking for keywords yet if you drill down into the project it's not showing that anything is ranking in the project so I don't know if I should believe the notifications or the project page that shows no ranking information. Additionally, I put in a ticket a few days ago and haven't heard back from anyone which makes me think I'm the only sucker that has been paying for this service that doesn't work for the last year, grrrr...

Is anyone else experiencing the same issues?

Well, I signed up for an account with SerpBook and ran a side by side test of the two because I suspected that SerpCloud's results were not correct. Here are the results using the same keywords:

I was about to kick this domain to the curb because I thought that there was a serious problem, thank God that I didn't!

I'm here replying behalf of serpcloud.com

It was not a serpcloud issue probably.

Cause if you used to enter domain with exact match then it cause that if ranks not found so it shows what it have.

if you enter without exact then show for any page of that domain.

better i can assist you for sure via Skype or email what ever you prefer.

Cause SERPCloud is working perfectly and no issue is reported like that recently.

The issue is still ongoing, if I go to Serpcloud it shows none of my keywords ranking however, the same keywords are ranking just fine with Serpbook. Additionally, when doing a manual check, the manual check is exactly what Serpbook's results are telling me. I've NEVER setup a Youtube project in SerpCloud as I don't have Youtube videos for any of my projects. There was no 'confusion' on my end I've had the same projects setup since last December, if anything your database choked. My results as you have seen in the backend of your system, are not setup for exact match as those numbers would in no way benefit me because they are irrelevant, no one searches exact match.

Honestly, take my keywords (you have access to them in your database), setup a free account on Serpbook with them and then view the difference, don't take my word for it just test it yourself. I have no dog in the race here I could care less if I give you the money or give another guy the same amount of money provided I get the correct results and unfortunately SerpCloud is not giving me the correct results. I honestly don't want to spend a few hours helping you troubleshoot your systems. I've already created a ticket, gave you a detailed explanation but nothing has changed. There is no benefit to me and I've already paid faithfully for the last 10 months, I'll just call the whole SerpBook experience a loss and move on, no big deal.

Though system is working perfectly and accurate.

Probably you have used Case sensitive domain name that matters in rankings to show up correct ones.
