Serpclix - Increasing SERP - Sustainable or not

Anyone used Serpclix or an alternative?

How sustainable is the service - after the initial SERP boost, do you need to continue to keep the service running?

Any negative effects to using these tools? They say they use real humans, not bots.

dont like serpclix, tried it out a few years ago and got 44% of traffic of a single IP address in Armenia (probably a bot) while i wanted Germany human traffic
