serpbook is out of the game for me. I used it for months, but now it's everything wrong. sometimes it can't find the KW, and sometime is in a different place. now I moved to serpfox.

Well, i didnt clear the cookies until just now - it showed a few alerts for different domains but for this specific domain and keyword - still says its 11. when its not.

Any other things i should check?

Note: I primarily use chrome, and i loaded up firefox to check. Do i still need to clear cookies in chrome also?

You could just use incognito mode.

But yeah, I used SerpBook for two weeks and gave up on it. Switched to SerpFox, I like that one much better in my opinion.
