Serpbook is good, it does fulfill its functions.
As for the best SEO company or Software well.... it's like asking what's the best company for IT or software for IT. You'll have ot be more specific. SEO is not a thing, it's a whole field.

I don't know much about SEO but I'm looking for a company or software that will help raise our organic ads. I am trying to learn it but it is a big thing to learn. Little steps at a time.
