SerpBook Login Problem Anyone

Hey Guys,

I'm trying to login to SerpBook but it wont let me access the login page, an error comes up saying "Could not connect: Too many connections"
I have no other connections open, have tried clearing cache, different browsers, restarting pc, different IP's (VPN).

Anyone had this problem or could possibly shed some light on my situation.
