Small Question, I have ranked a website on google 1st page now, but My Landing page quality is not that good and i am getting very low CTR. So if i change my design of website and keep the contents same, will it effect my Ranking ?

No, it will not affect your ranking. Learn at least basic UI/UX design to boost your CTR and increase revenue

Are you talking about CTR from SERPS? Or CTR for people on your site to links/ads etc on your website?

Google uses some user interaction data for its rankings, so you may see long-term benefits after improving your page. In any case there's not point in having your site on page 1 if nobody visits it or if people go away immediately after entering. You should always try to have a quality landing page and optimize it all the time.
