What does it mean when a serp is dominated completely by YouTube videos? Does that make it harder to rank a blog?

Most of the time if is there a video in the first page is more easier

It's a YouTube account page that holds the top spot and then all the other results are videos by that YouTube account. The problem is that the account has about 900,000 subscribers. Still easy to rank?
