Seriously World Class Programmer

I've interested in developing a particular piece of software. I'm not going to offer any details on this, what I'm asking for is a recommendation for a fantastic programmer. Probably in C or some variation.

My budget is pretty big and I'm offering a finders fee of $100 to whoever recommends a programmer. Don't bother suggesting yourself, I'm looking for recommendations only. It is a big and somewhat complex blackhat project.

This dude is awesome.
He is all about programming, and he is consistently developing new pieces of software.
He has made 3 custom apps for me. Works very fast.
