seriously need help here

one of my domain content and templates is being copied by various site and blog, now all i ask BHW members, please help me out how to block this site or banned this.

Dude you are in the blackhat forum. That's what we do here. We copy other peoples contents so asking for help to block that will not work in here.

actually i figure out, anyway you are right even i do copy other people content but i do it very carefully so that the copied are not listed as spam and that makes the copied content more lasting and the owner never comes to know

In reality, you would have to invest a tremendous amount of time, energy, and perhaps even money (to pursue legal action) if you set out to stop everyone who is streaming your content.

If youre developing a blog with information or news on a product or service in hopes of converting adsense clicks or cpa offers, your fresh new unique content is going to be harvested and there isn't a whole hell of alot you can do about it. Go out, steal someone elses stuff and call it even.

Now, if you're publishing a blog of your original music, love poetry, art, ice sculptures, short stories, or other intellectual property that may be near and dear to your heart... then yes, it may be worth the energy to try and stop someone else from calling it their own.
