seem like I have to use VPN to create new one?

My computers two already kinda " ip ban "

even someone help me make a Facebook account , send two times my REAL photo also can get disable ...

kinda like Seriously I cant use Facebook any more .??

Use Incognito mode on chrome mobile to create your account
I'll recommend you to make at least 4 using temporary mails so that if they get banned again you won't lose your personal mails

hmmm I not lazy just that I plan to buy aged FB account , just that I worry get disable again despite I PUT MY REAL PHOTO send again and again to verify and how knows dibble again this is I encounter for few account

due to infrightment , yes I admit my mistakes they does warn few time and finally disable my account no quesiton ask their rules got stated..just that I find it is .....I plan to make new account don't break their rules but end of the day disable

There are few ways i think you should try:

1. Try to use another photo of yourself or upload it later
2. Try to unblock your first account if possible by sending a profile picture for verification
3. Try to create account from another PC or use advanced methods of anonymization instead (change your browser, IP and DNS)

update, don't know why I managed to create one , cross my finger.....
actually want to change my FB Url but never , because need to input mobile phone

I don't have any spare no next I don't want to be " smart " meddle around

just let this account " normally " use see how it go
