There is a vulnerability called EvilLoader that hackers exploit to send you files containing a virus as a video in Telegram!

How to protect yourself?

• Disable automatic downloading of attachments from Telegram settings
• Don’t open any video that comes to you from someone you don’t know
• Be careful of suspicious files even from contacts
• Share the information to protect your friends!

Alright, I uninstalled and added shortcut to Telegram Web to my homescreen instead, at least it won't take so much space on my phone lol. I never enable notifications on anything so whatever.

Omg if this is really true then its crazy anybody can easly get infected . I hope telegram team will sort this out!
