If direct contact with Facebook doesn't help right now anybody else for sure wouldn't help. But for the future it is certainly a good idea.
I think it doesn't post via instragram directly. They make facebook app access token name instragram and allow permission user to post anything what they want to post but you can remove it from your facebook account.
I will check that. But if we go to -> Settings -> Apps (where we can see his fake instagram account connected to our page) -> remove instagram there comes a message that says you just can remove the instagram account if you're logged in it on instagram.
