serious question on moving money

working on a few ideasatm, but i dont know anything about the last step, collecting the cash. i want the cash that i make to be un touchable.

so, are unverified paypal add;s worth using ? should i never revel my real paypal ? and use other accounts to send the money to my main acc, or to buy something from my main acc ? how is it usually done ?
