Have you ever stopped doing something in online marketing and suddenly things improved?

Not added a new tactic.
Not bought new tools.
Just stopped one habit — and performance got better.

For me, a few “smart” actions turned out to be noise.

Curious what others quietly removed from their workflow that actually helped.

Yes. Stopping unnecessary activity has helped more than adding new tactics. In my case, pulling back on premature link building and constant content publishing improved results once focus shifted to fixing intent alignment, structure, and internal flow first. Removing noise made the signals clearer and outcomes more predictable.
