Im done with stripe, im done with paypal and all the other bullshit.

Im lookin for a serious payment gateway for european card payments and other country specific methods in europe.
I have used stripe last year, zero chargebacks, zero problems with costumers, but high problems with stripe, lost thousand for a lawyer to get my money out of that bullshit company. After that i started taking card payments with paypal, our paypal account is years old without problems - paypal was starting freezing money for weeks.

We still use paypal for regular payments but have switched with the other payments to another gateway, they startet to ask for supplier invoices and im not open to share our company secrets like purchase prices and sources to a f* payment gateway.

After that i registered adyen, that was last month. Im still waiting for there third response, they take weeks for a answer - not a good start for serious business.

I sell physical products in europe, no dropshipping bs from china, just original products in high quality. My company is >10 years on the market, 2 years in online retail business.
Turnover is at X.000.000 per month.

Can anyone recommend me a payment provider (or merchant account) with weekly payout (or faster)? Without wasting my time (and money) with asking questions about nonsense?

That was the interesting part ... so - being in retail online business, why don't you go ahead and accept cards through the bank system directly, many process cards online without any problem - and being a business (assuming is legit at that turnover) you need bank accounts to withdraw them. EU banks offer online processing cards all over the world, and they are not asking too many questions.

Just my 2 cents.

Agreed.

Just go to your bank and ask for a merchant account. They may need a security deposit.

They take a look at your current business account, you answer questions on turn over, estimated daily / monthly sales (90% of the time just monthly) and sometimes how you see card splits, they ask about your products and industry depending on the risk they may ask for an 12-24 month holding deposit normally 50k but I've seen them ask for 200k. It protects them and if you are serious then you stump it up, it's because of these new safe guards that companies like Stripe have been growing year on year.

BUT Stipre & Paypal does not just withhold money for the sake of it, you're selling something that is no doubt high risk or you are being less than honest about your account history/trading practices.

The reason is, creditcard acceptance is not the most interesting payment method. We are still in contact with our banks for that.
Our main problem is, that we need multiple (and more important) payment methods like ideal, eps, sofort, swish too. And that is not possible over a local bank directly.

@t2van

This is not quite right, we have no big problems with directly withheld money with Paypal (Stripe is another story here). It's more that customers make partial chargebacks, which we then have to enforce in court, similar to buying on invoice, but with additional costs for us. Because paypal makes decisions here that do not comply with our local laws. We are not talking about very frequent cases, but at the end of the year, there is a considerable amount of money that we could invest differently.

You won't find a payment gateway that will not ask anything. Better organize all and send them these invoices when they ask. Make everything transparent there is nothing to hide and you wont have any problems. Its known that dropshipping is not something that payment gateways like. You can't say that any company with millions of customers Stripe, Paypal is bad, its probably something wrong with you or the way you do your business.

Looks really, like no one is reading my posts... We dont do any dropshipping related.

We got a keyaccount manager on adyen now and it looks like they are much better as stripe. Our way to go.

Adyen is better than Stripe if you generate decent volumes with a low risk business.

if you generate a good volume, do NOT go with your bank... it is the worse mistake you can make. Except some banks (BNPP, Barclays, Lloyds and some others), they do not know how to handle online payments, chargebacks, optimizations, etc.
Their gateway is low quality and you have no tools to do your reconciliation

If you still need a good payment provider, let me know.

Hi, I can use a reliable and 'reasonable' payment provider for high risk merchant accounts - wechat pay, alipay, china unionpay, bank card, credit card - bank to bank also - for gaming client's site. Processing CNY, HKD, USD, EUR, AUD, SGD at about USD X00.000 per day. Client is willing to pay % but must be reliable or tiered. Any thoughts or recommendations? Will work out a regular comm or fee for you if successful and stable. WE are not the client - we are their software and integration provider and will help them setup and manage. We also have automated auditing and reconcilliation software for high volume transaction sites using Machine Learning.
Thx.

Try accepting bitcoin and crypto. There are no chargebacks in crypto and no hold/freeze. When someone buys you receive the funds instantly and you can use it instantly. When people want to buy your product they can buy crypto from PayPal and send you bitcoins.

I will send you a private message
@c4 - thx for your response. Can't seem to reply your PM - says my reply is like spam - tried a few times - frustrating. Will try log out and back in.
