Serious Investor(s) needed! (140% ROI)

Now the plan is to get a pre established adsense business from flippa, the one I have in mind already earns 800/month. It will take atleast a month to get the site indexed if it isnt already. The key to increasing adsense income is finding out which keyword(s) are producing highest per click. I will optimize these keywords, once this is done income for adsense will increase substantially. I also have an automatic backlink tool that can create 500+ backlinks and ping them instantly which makes SEO much easier. ROI is 140% (over a 6 month period).
