-Find out how many searches monthly the KW dense name is getting. Keep in mind that if you get this domain this is where most of your traffic will come from so make sure the monthly searches is high.
-If it's too low, then go with the brandability
-ORRRR find a balance in between both. Find a simple keyword that is brandable

It depends on how much time and effort are you ready to invest in it. "Serious DOMAIN NAME " can bring you lots of recognition in the future but can take longer until it ranks. Look at some of the most popullar web sites. Some of their domain names has nothing to do with their topic but it is a brand. If you are ready to spend years in building authority site then go for the serious domain name.
